If you go to your own page [link] and then click into your gallery then your should see a blue "edit" button at the top-ish of the page. (Sorry, bad grammar)
Click that. A bar like thing should appear to the side of the screen and you can click "new folder" Name your folder then drag in the images you want to put into that folder.
